The apartment has two large bedrooms with closets, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light, a full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator, in-unit laundry, central heat and A/C, and a balcony. Rent includes water/sewer, valet trash service, and common area utilities. Residents also have access to the community pool and fitness center. The complex has assigned parking, with garage parking available if needed. It is pet friendly through the leasing office for an additional fee. Located in Greeley near Sprouts, Michael's, and Burlington with easy access to Highway 34. Rent is about $1750/month depending on utilities. Rent can be slightly lower if the garage space is not needed. Available after April 4. Sublet runs through July 29 with the possibility to renew with the property.
