The home has a spacious layout with a double dining area, living room, full kitchen, and in-home laundry. The room includes a large mirrored closet and good natural light. House amenities include access to the kitchen, living areas, washer and dryer, pool, and spa. Street parking is available since the homeowners park in the driveway. Utilities are included. The home is shared with my husband, myself, and a friend/coworker who lives in the other room. I do have two dogs, both hypoallergenic which means they don’t shed, a border collie female puppy, and a male golden doodle. No application fee, no background check, and no deposit required. Looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible single occupant. Single occupancy only. No pets. No children. No smoking. Please include a brief introduction about yourself, where you work, and when you are looking to move in when messaging. Since there is no contract, we can do month to month or if uneasy, we can do a contract for a whole year.
