Beware of Marybeth at 304 SW 11th Street, Ft. Lauderdale. Nine 54, four44, 4231. Place is beyond filthy. More like decrepit. Health department should shut it down. People living in trailers on property who don't work and get drunk, are violent, and will bother you all the time. Forget code violations, more like health violations!
