This 3000 sq. ft., 5-bedroom home, across the street from our own, is located in a quiet, older, neighborhood and currently has this room available. It is 8ft. x 11ft. plus a full-size closet. Furnishings include a new single size bed, bedside table and lamp, dresser, and a desk w/ lamp and chair. The room shares a bathroom with 2 other men. There are 2 cupboard shelves and 2 drawers per person in the bathroom. Shared areas of the house include: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, basement family room, patio and yards and free use of the laundry facilities (within reason). The property has almost 3/4 acre of land with it so it's more secluded than most in-town properties. We are looking for a tenant who is clean, quiet, mature, friendly, has a good sense of humor and can get along with others in a shared living situation. All of the tenants are men and in the age range of 40 to 70. We rent our rooms on a month-to-month basis. The $600 rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, garbage, irrigation, and Wi-Fi.) There is a fully refundable $1000.00 security, key and cleaning deposit. This is a SINGLE occupancy room only please. This is not a party house! No pets. Smoking allowed outside only. Alcohol is OK if used responsibly. References of past rental history, character and proof of a stable income are required. We are close to 395 and 7th Ave., shopping, restaurants and 2 bus routes.
