I have a private and furnished bedroom available that has a comfortable great quality queen bed, new bedding and pillows, and a large closet. The room has new windows, new doors, fresh new paint, new floor, and it is furnished. The room has an IdeaPaint dry erase (whiteboard). Nice, clean, and SAFE quiet family-oriented neighborhood. You will share a large private upgraded bathroom (new toilet) with another female roommate that faces a nice backyard. Very CLEAN, remodeled room, quiet home, and you can park in the driveway. You will be sharing the house with two female adults. You can use the backyard to work out, use the vegetable garden, and/or spend time in the outdoor patio/reading nook. Must be able to follow basic house rules and quiet hours. Our old roommate lived here for 6 years and got engaged. And the current roommate just graduated from CSUN. The house is located in Winnetka near stores, restaurants, freeways, and a park/library, and is around 3 miles from CSUN and 2 miles to Pierce College. This is in a very nice and safe area in the San Fernando Valley. We go around the neighborhood for our walks. This room is available for one person only that is responsible and trustworthy. MUST BE employed or a full-time student or a combination of both. Must show proof of income and provide rental references. Free high-speed internet, alarm, and bi-weekly housekeeping included. No guests or overnight guests allowed. Utilities included and there is no smoking, vaping, drugs, or pets. Very light cooking only. **Deposit is required ($800) and a complete credit/background check will be done (paid by owner). We are looking to rent the room for 6 months and we can go from there.
